Data to consider when investing in an invoice or promissory note.

One of the advantages of platforms like INVERSA is the diversification opportunity it offers when investing, allowing each client to build their own portfolio according to their profile. To make the right decision, we must consider and understand the meaning of several concepts that appear in each investment opportunity. Let's analyze them carefully based on some examples.

Invoice/Promissory Note from Private Company:

Each invoice has a code that identifies it.

Amount: It represents the amount to be financed.

Days or Term: These are the days between the publication date and the maturity date of each document.

Interest: It indicates the return we will obtain with our investment, always in annual terms. We will receive prorated interest in advance for the duration of each operation.

Rating: It's a risk rating of the company that has to pay, based on an external analysis provided by INFORMA, a leading company in the supply of Commercial, Financial, Sectorial, and Marketing Information of companies and entrepreneurs, to increase knowledge of customers and suppliers and minimize commercial risk. We do not work with high risk, meaning ratings below seven nationally, and internationally, the highest rating is one, not accepting from three onwards.

Credit Opinion: The INFORMA D&B Credit Opinion is a figure ranging from 0 to €6,000,000, establishing the maximum recommended commercial credit amount for a company, based on the resources it generates.

Receipt Type: It can be either an invoice or a promissory note. You can find the characteristics and differences between them on our blog (https://www.inversa.es/es/noticia/factura-y-pagare-los-analizamos).

Percentage: It shows the percentage covered so far.

"View Sale" Button: By clicking here, we access the panel where we can invest, which shows more detailed information. Example:

In this new tab, in addition to the previous data, new ones are displayed such as:

Remaining Capital: The amount of the invoice that remains to be covered.

Remaining Publication Time: Each invoice is assigned a maximum publication period according to its characteristics. After this time, if the invoice is not fully covered, it will be withdrawn from the market, and the money will be returned to those who have invested in it.

Maturity Date: Deadline by which the debtor company must make the pending payment.

Insurance Coverage: In the case of an insured invoice, the percentage of coverage of the policy will be detailed, usually between 85%-95%.

At this point, we have all the necessary information to make a decision, and if applicable, click the "Invest" button where we only need to cover the amount and click "Invest" again.

Public Administration(AP) Invoice:

Public Administration lacks a Rating, Credit Opinion, and a specific Maturity Date, so it requires a separate analysis.

Days: They will be 30 days for all since they lack an exact maturity date, we estimate it considering the legal payment term established for the APs. The investor will receive the corresponding interest for these thirty days in advance, and the corresponding interest for the remaining days since the estimated payment date.

Interest: Always the same for all APs, 4% annually, which is the minimum set on the platform.

Rating: The abbreviation AP will appear, as public administrations lack a rating.

Credit Opinion: It will show €0 because they also lack a credit opinion.

"View Sale" Button. Example:

Here, we will simply highlight as a differentiating element the "Description" section, where we collect publicly available data reflecting the average payment period (PMP) and the average debt per capita (PC) of each public institution.

The objective of INVERSA is to provide all the necessary information in a clear and detailed manner to facilitate the client's decision-making because in the end: "You choose, you decide".
