Interview with Inversa at Todocrowdlending

In a sector like the European crowdlending, dominated by colossal platforms focused on consumer loans and where the conversation usually flows with a clear Baltic accent -due to the predominance of companies from the trio of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania- it might be surprising to see month after month the presence of a Spanish crowdfactoring platform both in the TOP 10 of our global statistical ranking and in the TOP 10 of online reputation...

The architect of this small great miracle is Inversa Invoice Market, a company launched at the beginning of 2019 and that despite the pandemic, the crisis, and any adversity willing to cross its path - seems to be more fit than ever, with a solid investor community in Spain and recently celebrating the financing of 1000 invoices through its platform.

Today we have with us their CEO Atilano Martínez... Welcome to TodoCrowdlending.com!

1 - First of all, Atilano, for all those readers who are not yet familiar with your platform, could you briefly tell us what Inversa is and what is its value proposition for the investor user?

Hello Jesús, thank you very much for this opportunity to better explain our platform to all the followers of Todocrowdlending.

Inversa is an Invoice Advance and Promissory Note Discount platform that connects the liquidity needs of SMEs and Self-Employed individuals with a community of Investors looking to obtain a return on their savings.

To the Investor, we offer:

- Short-term returns between 4% and 8%, with the current average return being 7.30%.

- 0% Commission. We don't charge anything to investors, which sets us apart from other platforms similar to ours.

- Anticipation of returns, allowing investors to reinvest profits and obtain greater returns through compound interest.

- Segregated account for custody of funds through an independent payment entity supervised by the Bank of Spain, ensuring that Inversa cannot touch investors' money or speculate with it.

- Contractual security, with all contracts registered on the Blockchain network.

- And of course, our expertise through rigorous study and monitoring of operations carried out by a team with extensive experience.

2 - We mentioned at the beginning a little about this brilliant evolution of Inversa over these almost 2 years in operation... reaching remarkable milestones such as the financing of 1000 invoices last month or the 7 million euros of accumulated investment reached this month, all accompanied by relative growth percentages by volume and by users this year that position you as one of the crowd companies with the greatest projection for this 2021 that we will soon begin... what milestone are you most proud of?

We are very proud of our figures, but above all of achieving them with daily work and effort seeking sustainable and real growth. We have a team totally committed to the project and devoted to a loyal community that you have to convince again every day. I think that is Inversa's greatest achievement.

3 - Undoubtedly, a factor that has altered the plans and strategy of practically all companies in the sector has been the pandemic that has been hitting us since the beginning of the year... how has Covid-19 affected Inversa's operations and what is the outlook for the coming months?

No company is immune to Covid-19, and we have all had to adapt to the current circumstances. In our case, we have added the sector of activity of our assignors as a determining factor and we are even stricter when conducting our financial analysis on the drawers. That said, we believe that the online model of crowd platforms is not harmed, but rather has an opportunity to grow and consolidate. And this is the goal we have at Inversa. Our prospects are to continue growing, expanding our market to other countries, with a first step in Portugal, being a country very close to us, both culturally and geographically.

4 - Changing the subject a bit, one quality that amazes me about Inversa and its team is transparency, customer treatment, and direct contact with the investor community, which is reflected, as it could not be otherwise, in the very high satisfaction scores you obtain in the different opinion aggregators... how did this vocation and focus towards the client arise within Inversa? Is this effort and exercise of openness and contact with the community worth it?

The objective of Inversa has always been to put the client and the community at the center of our service. In this sense, offering closeness and transparency is fundamental. Our website offers, in addition to an email and the office phone number, a Chat service to which we pay a lot of attention. We are also very pleased with the communication established with our investors through the Telegram channel, where we clarify

and listen to all kinds of questions and suggestions.

Precisely, I want to take advantage of this interview to announce that very soon we will launch our own podcast. It will be called Finanzas a la Inversa and with it, we intend to disseminate useful content for all members of our community: investors, SMEs, and self-employed individuals - and anyone interested in the evolution of the economy - will find in the podcast comments on current economic affairs, interviews, opportunities, and advice. It will be hosted by our CMO, Berta Otero, and we will distribute it on the main audio platforms, such as Spreaker, Ivoox, and Spotify, for example. We are very excited about this project, as with everything that contributes to consolidating the community born around Inversa Invoice Market.

5 - Another differential element of the platform from the beginning has been its ethical commitment and its vocation to be a driver of collaborative economy... to what extent is this pillar imbued in Inversa's strategy and how does this translate into practice?

Unlike other investment models, crowdfactoring offers the opportunity to invest in the real economy; the money directly impacts SMEs and self-employed individuals, providing them with liquidity, allowing them to face day-to-day challenges, and even grow. It is therefore a non-speculative model to which we add our own ethical code. For example, we refuse to finance certain businesses such as the armament industry.

6 - Almost finishing, in recent months we have seen a series of changes and improvements in the interface, auto-investment functions, secondary market, etc., which add to the expansion of activity in geographical areas such as France, Portugal... what new products, functions, or improvements are in the pipeline and what can we expect in the coming months or in this 2021 that is approaching faster and faster?

We are a Startup, we are Fintech, and that obliges us to adopt a model of continuous innovation that satisfies the needs of our clients.

There are many changes and improvements planned, to make it possible, we have signed an agreement with a major Software company from the United Kingdom, "Dataspartan," specializing in Fintech, and an ICO loan of €100,000 to finance these developments.

Additionally, we do not rule out a first round of financing through Crowdcube to finance our international expansion and allow our community to become shareholders of Inversa. Our growth model goes beyond unicorns, we do not believe in growth based on financing rounds unless they are justified by a real sustainable business opportunity over time.

7 - And finally, is there anything you would like to share with the entire community of TodoCrowdlending.com?

Yes, I would like to send a message of encouragement to the entire community. The situation created by the pandemic and the unstoppable process of bank concentration - with the consequent tightening of financing possibilities for many companies - is causing many problems, as is known. But I am convinced that crowdlending companies like ours will play a relevant role in economic recovery. There is an alternative for financing and, from everything I have told you in this interview, it is called Fintech.
